Royal Decree 1057/2021, november 30th, to Modify Royal Decree 615/2007, may 11th, for regulation of social security of Caregivers of people in situation of dependency

Royal Decree 615/2007 of 11 May 2007 stipulates that in cases where, as a result of providing non-professional care, the carer has to reduce their working hours and the corresponding remuneration, under the terms set out in the applicable labour or civil service legislation, the special agreement will be applied in order to maintain the contribution base.
